Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • A brief description of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning the item.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after receiving your order, subject to this policy.
